How to install it on Wix
You use Wix custom code: no visual editor to change, no element to drag.
Open Wix custom code
From your site dashboard go into the settings and look for the custom code entry, in the advanced section.
Add the snippet at body end
Paste the code, apply it to all pages and choose to load it at the end of the body rather than in the head: that way your site shows first and the widget arrives after.
Publish the site
Custom code does not run in the editor preview: it appears on the published site. If you saved and cannot see it, the publish step is almost always what is missing.
Why it works well on Wix
Wix keeps server access closed, but Widgeto does not need it: it works from the outside, on your public pages.

Widgeto reads your site the way a search engine would, from the outside. No FTP, no database, no files to edit: the limits that usually block third-party tools on Wix simply do not come up.
The pages you have already written
People who build on Wix usually have good descriptive content and little appetite for answering the same question twenty times. Those are exactly the pages the chatbot draws its answers from.

I have no code access on Wix. Is that a problem?
No, and here it works in your favour. Widgeto does not need to get inside your site: it indexes your public pages from the outside, the way Google does, and the only thing added to the site is a fragment in the page body, which Wix supports precisely through custom code. You never touch the editor, you install nothing inside the platform, and if one day you remove the snippet your site is exactly as it was.

No, and the reason is the domain: without a connected domain Wix does not show the custom code option, and connecting a domain requires a paid plan. That is a condition set by Wix, not by Widgeto.

No. It answers questions about services, hours, locations and terms using your own content, and points to your booking page when it is time to book. It does not fill in forms or schedule appointments on the visitor's behalf.
