Widgeto for your business

No two businesses get the same questions.
A gym is asked about class times, an ecommerce about delivery, a hotel about check-in times.
Widgeto learns from your content and answers around the clock in your business's own words.

Pick the scenario closest to yours: below you will find what it answers, how it behaves when a question falls outside its scope and which plan you need.

How to pick the right scenario

The eight scenarios share one thing: the questions you receive are not infinite. In almost every business a small group of questions covers most of the enquiries, and they are always the same ones: opening hours, prices, timing, terms, availability. That is where customer service automation genuinely pays off, because it earns its keep every day without asking for extra work.

What changes from one sector to the next is the material the chatbot draws on and the moment it steps in. In ecommerce the answer is needed while the product is being chosen, in hospitality before the booking, in a professional practice it works out in advance who actually needs a consultation. Same virtual assistant, different configuration.

The boundary changes too. Widgeto answers only with the content you give it: if a question falls outside its scope it says so and hands over the contact, instead of improvising. That is the difference between an AI agent working on your own material and a generic chatbot, and in sectors where a wrong answer costs money (a return, a booking, a consultation) it is the difference that matters.

If your sector is not on the list, start from the one that resembles yours in structure rather than in product: customer service for a service business looks a lot more like a gym than like an online shop.
